Changed your mind when you have received your order? You can return the product within 30 days of your purchase and get a full refund, or exchange the product for another one.

How do I return a purchased item?

  • Email webmaster@nextime.shop to inform us that you want to return or replace a product. We will tell you how that will be handled. You can also use the Model Withdrawal Form.

The costs for the return shipment are for your own expense.


Until when can I return the product?
You have the right to return the product within 30 days of your purchase with no question asked. The 30-day period starts from the day after the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically gets the product. Product returns will not be accepted after the 30-day period.

Points to note:
1. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which will not be refunded by NeXtime.

3. All accessories included must be returned together with the product, and, as reasonably possible, be in their original condition and packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with parts missing that is not caused by NeXtime, refund may be partial only or rejected.

4. We always recommend that you request proof of return from the relevant item.

5. Return of gift cards will not be accepted.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please check your bank account or your credit card company to see if the refund has been credited but is taking time to be displayed on your transaction history or statement.

If unsuccessful after checking with your bank and credit card company, please contact us at webmaster@nextime.shop.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nextime.eu and send your item to: Kangaro KTC, Industrieweg 85, 7202 CA, Zutphen, Netherlands.

Shipping
To return your product, mail it to: Kangaro KTC, Industrieweg 85, 7202 CA, Zutphen, Netherlands.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. 

If the product you are shipping exceeds $75, we suggest that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We bear no responsibility if your return shipment doesn’t reach us.

The time it takes for the replacement product to reach you may vary depending on the delivery address you provide.

The legal warranty applies to all items that you purchase from us. A legal guarantee means that a product is or does what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.
We also offer help if a product does not work properly immediately after receipt. Please contact us at webmaster@nextime.shop. We will offer you a suitable solution.

The following information is standard for all warranty claims:
Before returning the product, please read the manual carefully. If we find any defect in the returned product, we will contact you to understand the cause. If we diagnose and find that the problem could have been remedied easily or that there is no problem, we will charge you for the examination costs. We will also return the original product to you, and charge you for the shipping cost (€35).
